Whether navigating your own diagnosis or supporting someone else, this session offers a space for understanding, healing, and finding strength during a profoundly difficult time.
This session will share:
• Strategies for grief and processing feelings of fear, loss, and uncertainty
• Tools for managing the practical and emotional challenges ahead
• Explore valuable resources and support systems focused on enhancing quality of life and living each day to its fullest
