Event Description
Tween Foodies is cancelled today, February 25
Calling all foodies in Grades 4-7! Join us on Tuesdays in the Children's Programming Room with our mobile kitchen and learn a variety of useful food and nutrition skills while preparing a different dish each week.
Grades 4-7
Registration is required and opens on December 16. Registration is for the entire four-week series, which will run from February 4-25.
Please register each child separately.
Tween Foodies will involve supervised use of knives, vegetable peelers, graters, stoves, and ovens, as well as raw ingredients like eggs and flour. The recipes used in the program will be vegetarian and nut-free, and though we do our best, we cannot guarantee a contamination-free environment. Our recipes do contain dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame and coconut.
