65+ Dental Care Plan Application Drop-In

Event Description

Have you been meaning to apply for the Canadian Dental Care Application but you need help with the online application? At this drop-in, KPL staff will be available to help you!

Before you attend, please verify that:
-You don't have dental insurance
-You and your spouse both filed your taxes last year
-Your household net income is less than $90,000
-You are a Canadian resident for tax purposes

The drop-in is purely for the application process; we will not be able to look up this information for you.

What you will need to bring:
Social Insurance Number (SIN)
Date of birth
Full name
Home and mailing address
List of dental coverage through government social programs (if applicable)
