Event Description

Brain health is essential for healthy living. Our brains need a combination of active, restorative and engaging activities. In this session, you’ll learn simple movements, balancing, visualization, and breathing exercises that you can do daily and in small spaces. Each activity is designed to tap into the mind-body connection to help you age well.

Adults ages 50+ are invited for a free afternoon of learning and fitness.
