Event Description

Have you ever heard of Osteopathy? Did you know that the field of Osteopathy has been around since 1874? Osteopaths throughout history have contributed to the fields of medicine, medical imaging, cranial sacral therapy, sports medicine, and chiropractics again just to name a few. Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual therapy that is safe for all ages. It is a blend of various techniques to fully align the body as a whole allowing for it to self heal and self regulate. Having a balanced body alignment can reduce pain, assist with healing from injury or surgery, and provide for the body to have it’s very best physiological function.

Adults ages 50+ are invited for a free afternoon of learning and fitness.
